The LANE chassis is built on heavy-gauge structural carbon steel box-section rails, joined through structural manual MIG welding for complete joint integrity. The entire frame undergoes full-immersion cathodic electrophoretic deposition (e-coat) and electrostatically applied automotive-grade powder baking, complying with industrial safety parameters including SAE J2258 safety requirements.

Every vehicle in the LANE platform utilizes high-flotation 18×8.50-8 4-ply low-pressure turf tires mounted on heavy-duty stamped white steel rims. This wheel assembly distributes vehicle ground pressure evenly across delicate greens, completely avoiding the brittle fracture and chemical pitting typical of polished cast-aluminum wheels.
